The short version. The website stores your email address, the time you gave it, and the fact that you consented — nothing else. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no requests to any other company. The app keeps your photographs on your phone. When a photograph is measured it is sent to be analysed and is not stored anywhere afterwards.

If you join the waitlist we store three things: your email address, a timestamp, and your consent. We deliberately do not record your IP address, your browser, your device, or any identifier that could be used to recognise you again.
There are no cookies and no analytics. The page loads its typeface from this site rather than from a font service, so visiting it does not tell any third party that you were here.
Lawful basis: your consent, which you gave with the checkbox. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete the record.
How long: until the app opens and we send you the one email we promised, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
The app stores the following on your phone only: your date of birth, which reference range your measurements are compared against, an optional first name, your photographs, the measurements taken from them, and any training sessions you log. There is no account, no sign-in, and none of it is uploaded to us.
A photograph of your body, processed to work out something about your physical condition, is health data — a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR. That means it gets a higher standard of protection than ordinary personal data, and it can only be processed with your explicit consent, which the app asks for before the camera opens.
When you take a scan, the photograph is sent to our server so it can be measured, and then to the analysis provider named below. Neither we nor our server keeps a copy. The only copy that persists is the one on your phone, which you can delete from the Progress screen at any time — deleting a scan deletes the image file, not just the entry.
The app does not estimate body fat, weight, or BMI, and it does not produce a score. It reports proportion measurements with the uncertainty attached.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens it is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Ask us and we will tell you exactly what is in place.
Your photograph is read by a machine, not a person. That analysis produces measurements and suggestions — it does not make any decision with a legal or similarly significant effect on you, and nothing about you is scored, ranked, or profiled against anybody else.
The app is for people aged 18 and over and asks for a date of birth before the camera opens. We do not knowingly hold data about anyone younger. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or hand it to someone else. You can object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason.

If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or to the regulator where you live.
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so here and change the date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting something new.
